HoReCa Sales Operator

Sharm Trading is announcing a vacancy for the position of HoReCa Sales Operator.

Location: Tbilisi 
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Salary: Fixed 1,500 GEL

Responsibilities:

• Conducting active sales in the HoReCa sector and with large B2B clients through telephone communication;
• Conducting negotiations with potential and existing partners, both remotely and through on-site visits, with the aim of establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships;
• Managing the full sales cycle, including negotiations, order processing, and contract preparation;
• Ensuring sales growth and expanding the client portfolio;
• Monitoring and controlling customers’ accounts receivable;
• Preparing and processing discounts in accordance with the company’s internal policies;
• Monitoring the market and competitors, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches;
• Preparing sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of product features and actively participating in marketing activities.

Qualification Requirements:

• Ownership of a personal passenger vehicle;
• At least 6 months of work experience in the sales field is preferred, ideally within the HoReCa sector;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Strong sales and effective negotiation skills.
